This is a good quality hotel with 24hr reception. It had everything you would expect from a place of this nature. They had a deal with a local parking facility a short walk from the hotel for parking for just 12€ for 24hrs. The locations was excellent. You stepped out the door on the Caceres Plaza Mayor. Lots of paces to eat and history right there. We had breakfast at the hotel it was as good as anything to could see out and about.

Its location is perfect for exploring Cáceres, staff, friendly, courteous, efficient, professional. Rooms are well appointed, good shower.

Amazing location! In the heart of the city. Staff was super friendly and it was a great value for money! The room was huge and had a nice view over Plaza Mayor. Bathroom was so big.

Beautiful location and room directly overlooking the main plaza and the old-old town directly opposite. As it was Easter week, all the major processions crossed through the square, so some we watched with the people down below and some from our room - fabulous. Staff also were very friendly and helpful.

The Arch of the Star and the old city is just in front of the hotel door! Camilo's warm hello spark our happy feeling. Got the room keys in a minutes while having nice convo. Clean, good size room, firm mattress, very long comfy pillow. Good insulation so we barely heard loud music at Plaza Mayor in front of the hotel. It's good that we have coffee machine in the room because at 8.30-ish the cafe is still close. We will surely be back.

The location was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet despite being in the center of the plaza. The amenities were as expected.

Hotel is right on the Plaza Mayor in the centre of the historic city. Loads of nearby restaurants and bars but surprisingly quiet. Francisco on reception gave us a free upgrade to a room overlooking the Plaza. The hotel doesn't have parking which means that luggage has to be hauled to the nearest car park involving a flight of steps. However this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the hotel and the city which has some fantastic historic buildings and monuments.

Wonderful location, although in the main center, room was quiet and peaceful. Wonderful and helpful staff who guided and helped us with some tour reservations.
